Returns Policy

Free returns are available for all eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met. Online exclusive products and special offers may not be returned using the free returns service.

If you choose to return online exclusive items or special offers using a collection or postal service other than ours, you will bear the return costs.

Important: Burhani Hadaya does not accept liability for goods returned using any other method apart from our collection service.

Return Conditions

Products Eligible for Return

A. Perfumes, Hair Mists, Deodorants, Powders & Body Lotions

1. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.

2. Return requests must be raised within 14 days of order delivery.

3. Returns will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or a mismatch in the delivered item.

4. Items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, sampling pieces, and booklets included.

5. Incomplete, damaged, altered, or used returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, with shipping charges borne by them.

Return Charges: Not applicable if the above conditions are met.

B. Agarwood & Perfume Oils

• Agarwood items are non-returnable.

• Perfume oils are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Upon receipt of a valid return, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible. Typically, refunds will be completed by the bank of your payment method within 7-10 working days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Kuwaiti public holidays).

• Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders: Not available. Refunds apply only to orders paid using online payment methods.

• Currency of Refund: Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the purchase. Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original price paid.
